It’s been very helpful to read others posts in the forum knowing I’m not alone in this and that we all have our struggles & triumphs.
The program takes budgets into consideration and so you do not have to have a squillion dollars to make it work which is very important to me as we are on a very limited income (as are most people). The program has helped me turn the corner and start to actually be able to have some control over my health. My GP is also very very supportive of the program and is very pleased with the improvements in my health that have been made so far. I will continue to be a member of Good Food Eating as it is such a positive part of my life.
Thanks again Jedha for this incredible programme. It really is working for me.
My biggest obstacle in my weight loss is difficult days when I’m stressed or overtired and all I want to do is indulge.
Thanks!
Does drinking Green tea really help with weight loss ?
My biggest problem rather than struggle is separating fact from fiction in the myriad diet and weight loss information available. There is so much info out there; to eat bread and grains or not, high protein, high fat, low carb diet or not, coconut oil or not.
The place of information contained in tomes such as, for example, The Perfect Health Diet. No problem for me is motivation. I can see and feel the benefits of minimising intake (low calorie) diet and healthy eating, but don’t want to just ‘do’ it. I want to understand it also and I want to operate from the basis of solid and sound nutritional research.I am enjoying your podcasts.
