Getting Started With Good Nutrition
Hi there and welcome!
I’m Jedha, resident nutritionist (MNutr.BSSc.), real food lover, anti-inflammatory diet enthusiast, and founder of Good Food Eating.
I’m so glad you’re here because that means you’re interested in finding a solution to your current health problems and concerns, and that’s great because I can help.
“Health Conditions Can Be Conquered”
I’m a big believer in the healing capacity of the human body and know from experience (and research) that most conditions can be improved or conquered through quality nutrition.
“Food IS Our Medicine”
That’s a quote that the famous Greek physician Hippocrates said back in 400BC. He had it right back then, and the same rings true now.
The food we eat has the power to heal.
In modern times we’ve forgotten what real food is. And since we’ve all begun eating more and more packaged and processed foods, our health has rapidly kept declining. But, we can change it!
Good Food is the basis for good health, vibrant energy, and living a life you love, and that’s exactly what this site is all about.
I hope to inspire you to get back inside your kitchen, eat real food, and as a result, improve your health dramatically.
Since there’s lots of great stuff hiding deep in the trenches of the Good Food Eating website, I’ve put together a collection of helpful things to get you started.

Weight Loss
Weight loss is not about just looking good, sure we want that too, but really it’s about gaining better health.
As our fat cells increase, inflammation increases in the body and the development of many health conditions does too. Most of us want to lose a bit of weight or need to, trust me I was 20 kg/45 lbs overweight at one stage too. I understand how it feels to be stuck there but I also know how great it feels to lose it and get into shape!
So here’s some resources to help out.
