This is custom coaching not another ‘mass ship’  weight loss or nutrition program. I will work with you one on one to get you through those inevitable challenging times that you may face when it comes to improving health, losing weight, increasing energy, and working out what foods to eat. Frequently asked questions:

What happens after the 4 weeks private coaching?

You have the option to do another round of one on one coaching or join my group forum where you can still get feedback from me and the group, have ongoing access to the recipe database, exercise plans and other member opportunities. Most of my VIP members are people who have been through my weight loss program or have had private coaching.

What happens after payment?

After payment I will personally contact you via email with all the details. This will include a  ‘coaching pack’ that contains a client form. What I’ll need you to do is keep a food diary for a minimum of 5-7 days before we get started, fill out the client form with background information, and then we can get to work on a customised plan for you. I’ll also send you access to the recipe database and excercise plans. We’ll make email contact throughout your coaching program where I provide a high level of accountability and give nutritonal strategies and advice so you can achieve the results you want.

Can you help with specific health issues?

Yes I can but I am not a medical doctor so I can only advise you on what I’ve learned so far in working with clients through experience and the knowledge I’ve gathered. We can work on improving nutrition so that your bodies natural healing processes are supported. I often work specifically with women who have long term problems with losing weight, women who are ‘tired and wired’, issues with candida and leaky gut, balancing hormones, adrenal fatigue, food addictions, and some other things. If in doubt you can always contact me to discuss your specific needs.

What kind of food will I eat?

I work with all types of dietary preferences. The key is finding what’s sustainable and healthy for you. The truth is we start from where you are and work from there because everyone is different. Generally we follow a gluten free plan, paleo if you follow a paleo plan, wean you off the sugar, get you eating loads of veggies, healthy proteins and fats, and find an 80/20 balance that feels comfortable for you to follow long term. Some people have habits that need shifting, for example, my client Kate above is addicted to drinking diet coke. So in cases like this, we work together to find alternatives that work for you to shift the pattern. I have many 10-20 minute meals in the recipe database for you to access, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, this helps to make things easier. 

Will my health improve with your coaching?

In most cases, Yes. Of course I can never guarantee anything but most of my clients have seen massive improvements in health and even recovered from certain health conditions. I can guide you on  what’s best to eat to support you body and health condition. You will still be the one to put in the effort to change. If you do, then your health will definitely improve.

Will I really lose weight with your coaching?

Yes! Most of the people I have taken under my wing have seen results. I’m here to give YOU dedicated support, help, and guidance but inevitably you have to put in the effort. If you do everything you can, you will definitely see results.  During the coaching you will be equipped with all the resources and the confidence and motivation to keep on going for as long as it takes to find happiness. Sometimes where health conditions are a concern we focus on this first and worry about weight later. Still, even under these circumstances my clients are always happy with the outcome.
