I’m Jedha Dening, resident Nutritionist (MNutr.BSSc.), passionate researcher and writer, and founder of Good Food Eating (GFE).

I’ve been featured in places like Womans Day, Shape, and Good Health, and published in the Journal of Nutrition & Intermediary Metabolism.

I’m so glad you’re here because that means you’re interested in improving your nutrition and health and I can help you do that!

My goal is to help you cut through the crap and focus on effective strategies that get real results, so you can become the healthiest, happiest person you can be.

I’m a big believer in the healing capacity of the human body and know from experience that most conditions can be conquered or at least improved a great deal through quality nutrition.

I truly believe that good food is the key to a happy, healthy life

Chances are you want to change your life and believe me you absolutely can. People often say ‘I’ve tried everything and still can’t lose weight, reduce inflammation, improve my diabetes, (insert your condition).

BUT time and time again I’ve seen people get results when they are given the right information and resources. So you have found an honest resource to help make things easier for you so that you can START living and feel fabulous in life, because you deserve it!

Meet Mandy: My Chief Admin Assistant

Mandy Brown is my admin assistant here at Good Food Eating.

She helps me get organized, makes sure my newsletters go out on time and look great, and helps with customer service.

Mandy is from Independent Miss, a Virtual Assistant service. Independent Miss help by relieving business owners of those day to day administrative tasks that take up so much of their time. Whether its for short or long term projects, their services are flexible allowing businesses to choose the level of support they need and when they need it.

She really is a life saver!

Good Food Eating exists to help you cut through the crap so you can truly become the healthiest and happiest person you can be.

Our motto is: “YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR WEALTH”

There is nothing in this world that makes us more wealthy than having good health. Without health we’ve really got nothing because when we are ill, life suddenly becomes very limiting.

In reality, as human beings, eating is our most fundamental need. Without food we die. Food is our lifeline and I truly believe that good food is the key to a happy, healthy life.

And it’s never too late to start because eating good food can help repair the body and restore your health. I’m a big believer in the healing capacity of the human body. I don’t care what label you’ve been given because I believe you can get well, I believe you can be happier and healthier. I not only believe it but I’ve seen it first hand over and over again.

We can choose to be proactive in prevention rather than reactive to ‘circumstance’.

The mission of Good Food Eating is to inspire as many people as possible to change the way they think about their health, to inspire you to change your health, to inspire you to try new things. Einstein said that we can’t solve a problem on the same level of thinking. The same could be said in regard to food because we can’t solve a problem by the same way of eating.

My mission is to inspire as many people as possible, which is why I do what I do. I wish you and others to be inspired to keep taking the steps toward better health every day. And then you can pass the happiness, joy, and vitality of that experience onto someone else so that we can all inspire proactive prevention on a much bigger level. We can promote true wealth and create a happier place for us all to be both now and in the future.

The truth is that I get out of bed every morning because I want to help save the world!

If I can change just one persons life, to me that’s a miracle and I know that passes on to inspire others around them.

Why should you care?

Because it’s not just everyone out there, it is all about you!
 
The fact is that if you feel bad now, it’s only going to get worse and worse. Your problems don’t miraculously disappear. You have to take action and do something about them.
 
If you only read and listen, nothing changes, but if you take small steps every day then things do change. When health is lost it is often difficult to turn around, yet it is much easier to take those action steps every day in the present time than wait until something happens and react to it.
 
That’s what being proactive is all about!
 
But even if we fall off the wagon sometimes, and we all do, just pick yourself up at any time and start taking those steps forward once again.
 
Care about your health, care about yourself. Putting value on what’s really important and that’s our health.
 
As role models we can be the change we want to see in the world. You can be a role model to your children, your spouse, your colleagues, your family and anyone you touch.

 Your Health Is Your Wealth, so let’s create true wealth together!!
