I’ve had a few people ask me about some of the meals that might be included in an anti-inflammatory diet meal plan.
So I thought I’d give you a sneak peak of what an anti-inflammatory diet meal plan looks like.

Foundations of an Anti-Inflammatory Diet Meal Plan
An anti-inflammatory diet meal plan simply cuts out all the junk. Processed and packaged food is a no no, while fresh produce and lots of vegetables are high on the YES list!
But that doesn’t mean you can’t thoroughly enjoy food.
As can be seen by those delicious meals above, there is still plenty of enjoyment to be had when eating this way.
That’s what I love about it so much. You can still enjoy what you eat, but the added benefit is that once you know the ins and outs of what to eat and what to avoid, you can rapidly see results with your symptoms and pain.
