Type 2 Diabetes Diet & Health SeriesOver the next couple of weeks here on the GFE Blog we are doing a BIG feature to bring more awareness to diabetes.

In particular the focus will be around type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes / insulin resistance.

This health series will run from Monday 10th Nov-Sat 22nd Nov so we are going to be jam packed full of info on type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes / insulin resistance.

It’s World Diabetes Day on Friday, November 14th but I thought, why stick with raising awareness for just one day when we can have a health series that goes over a couple of weeks, right?! So I hope you’ll enjoy what we have in store.
