When it comes to food I do like to keep things very simple. There’s ALWAYS a focus on eating fresh foods and plenty of vegetables because these are the 2 things that improve our health and help us lose weight too.

- A source of protein at every meal
- Loads of vegetables as your predominant source of healthy carbs
- Round it off with a little gluten free grains – but not too much
