Have you been wondering what constitutes a healthy eating meal plan?

My philosophy around food is fairly simple and you can watch this short video to find out all about it :)

You will also find some extra resources below that are very helpful.

When it comes to food I do like to keep things very simple. There’s ALWAYS a focus on eating fresh foods and plenty of vegetables because these are the 2 things that improve our health and help us lose weight too.

The Healthy Eating Meal Plan Template: KISS – Keep It Super Simple :)

Click on the green writing to access additional articles about proteins, carbs, and fats.

  • A source of protein at every meal
  • Loads of vegetables as your predominant source of healthy carbs
  • Round it off with a little gluten free grains – but not too much
  • Add a little healthy fats
