Things That Make You Go Poop! fastest Cure For Constipation :)

From time to time we all struggle with pooping!

None of us like to talk about it because it’s not a nice thing to experience. Being constipated makes your abdomen feel full, tight, bloated and can also be very uncomfortable and even downright painful.

So what’s the fastest cure for constipation?

Well you’ll be happy to know that there are natural ways to cure this issue that are going to be far better than pharmaceuticals. I don’t get constipation all that much but if I ever do these methods shift things very quickly. And clients of mine have also found these tips very beneficial.

So if you happen to suffer with constipation occasionally or on a regular basis then I’ve got the fastest cure for you to put into action. :)

The Fastest Cure For Constipation: Your Natural Solution

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Magnesium powder
  • Vitamin C powder
  • Flaxseed Capsules
  • Water

So why would these be helpful and how should you take them? Let me explain.natural-calm-magnesium

Magnesium powder

Magnesium has the capacity to draw water into the bowel. Often what happens when you are constipated is that everything is stuck because the bowel is dry. So the magnesium will help soften everything up so that it can get moving. Take a half a teaspoon morning and night in water.

swanson-vitamin-CVitamin C powder

All the cells needed in the body need vitamin C, including the ones in your bowel. Under excess stress the body demands more vitamin C and not being able to poop is a fairly stressful situation. Beyond that though, the vitamin C helps to get the bowels moving.

Similar to magnesium it helps draw more water into the bowel and loosen the stool into motion. You need to take quite a large dose, so a teaspoon in the morning and night in water.

Fastest Cure For ConstipationFlaxseed Capsulesflaxseed-capsules

Flaxseed capsules are omega 3 oils that help to reduce inflammation in the bowel. They also help to provide a protective barrier between your stool and the intestinal wall and make things more slippery, so to speak.

One thing is for sure, when you do get things moving you want things to be as painless as possible so the flaxseed capsules will assist perfectly with that. They also happen to be a natural source of fiber, which is why they also help to get things moving in the downward direction. :)

Take 3 capsules with every meal.

Water

To help assist the process you simply MUST drink more water. Aim for 1.5 liters of water per day as a minimum.

So there you have it! A wonderful natural mix of ingredients to get things moving.

The magnesium draws more water into the bowel to soften things up, the vitamin C gets things moving, and the flaxseed makes it a far less painful process!

Give it a try because it really does work.

If it does work for you be sure to check back in and let us know how you go. We won’t tell anyone, promise. 😉

Your health is your wealth,

Jedha Xx

P.S. Why don’t you grab the tools you need right now?!

Just 3 simple things:

Can you safely take these every day If not, how often? It is an ongoing problem.

      July 12, 2015 at 10:16 am

Yes you can safely take them every day and adjust as your bowel movements get better. Once you start doing this and drink lots of water, you should notice a big difference. Be sure to let me know how you go Marlene.

Is it ok to use liquid flaxseed oil and how much ? Also is it ok to use Vitamin C and magnesium in capsule form. I just bought the liquid form of flaxseed and have the others in capsule form. Would appreciate your thoughts on this.

    • Jedha says

      September 12, 2015 at 1:06 am

Hi Anna, apologies for a belated reply.

Flaxseed oil is fine, take around 1 teaspoon per serve. Follow the instructions on the label for vitamin C and magnesium + 1. So if it says take 2 capsules a day, take 3 – you often need a bit more than the recommended dose to get things moving. The capsules won’t be as effective as the powder but I think they will still work.

Hi I found this extremely interesting. I will be trying it. Are we able to put all the doses needed for that time of day in one glass.?

Are we able to take lots of meds. at the same time as your drink? I take them in the morning and at night.

    Thank you from Carol.

Yes Carol, You can put all the item together to drink them.

These should be safe to take with meds but you should always check with your doctor or pharmacy just to make sure there are no contraindications.

Is it safe to use if someone is pregnant?

    • Jedha says

      October 19, 2015 at 9:28 pm

Hi Irina, I don’t work with pregnant women but according to WebMD Vit C & Mag are considered ‘likely safe’ for pregnant women, flaxseed may be ‘possibly unafe’. Take them only in the recommended dosage on the package label and check with your doctor.
      More info: Vit C http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-1001-vitamin%20c%20%28vitamin%20c%20%28ascorbic%20acid.aspx?activeingredientid=1001&activeingredientname=vitamin%20c%20%28vitamin%20c%20%28ascorbic%20acid

    • Jedha says

      January 2, 2016 at 10:21 am

I don’t know Deb. I don’t work with pregnant women but read this somewhere so have it included just for safety sake.

    Thanks

Hi Jedha, I am so glad to find this info. I have struggled with this for years, both on my own and with a gastroenterologist. I have been using the Calm but having difficulty settling on the right dosage. I either take too much or too little. When I do the combination of all three 3X a day how much Calm powder should I take?
    Thank you so much,
    Shirley

I was reading your article. I’m going through a very emotional stress, losing a parent, and I don’t know if it’s also necessary to mentioned I also went through a hysterectomy. I usually take care of my diet but lately even eating some vegetables, legumes or fiber inflammate my colon, so I’m dealing with 2 things, constipation and inflammation of the colon.
I do exercise 2-3 hours a day and drink a lot of water.
Is there something you can recommend me to do?
    Thank you
    Naschtinka

    • Jedha says

      January 13, 2016 at 6:37 am

Sounds like a food allergy or some food irritation could be adding to the colon inflammation – it could be the stress too of course. I’d stay away from the problematic foods for now and focus on what you can have – just eat clean. You might find this helpful http://goodfoodeating.org/11041/supplements-for-inflammation/

I have shared your website/article and I feel that everything you have laid out, even in your comments section here, have been great pieces of advice and I so hope one of our members tries your method and has great results and posts here soon, so their experience can help all of the others out there.

After Chemo I have a bad time ,now continuous constipation. NO FUN! Bowls dry out and block up. Will try this, Thanks for the info.! Will pass the info to others that need relief. Also foods that start with P help.(So a nurse told me.) Pears, peaches, prunes, Also walking is essential, as the leg muscles engage the abdominal muscles and help move things along. Sitting around or standing will not do for exercise.
    Good luck fellow Poopers!

So I have been constipated my entire life. I have tried so many things to get my gut under control. I take400 mg of chelates magnesium,800 magnesium citrate, 1000mg of Vitamin C, 200 mg of selenium, 2000mg of Vitamin D, 500mg of Vitamin E, Plus Moega XL for my inflammation. Every morning I have a Kale, fruit, protein shake for breakfast. I eat veggies and fruits everyday. I Have tried taking the soaked whole flaxseeds and it doesn’t help loosin anything up. I don’t eat bread or pasta, very rarely if we go out to eat. Now that I am off bread and pasta to eat it makes me sick. With all this I am still severely constipated. I have talked to my DR, years ago and he put me on Fiber and it acted like cement in my bowels. I now do coffee enemas to clear things up. I would love to find something to clear my gut and get my body to healthy. Oh and I have been eating clean 80/20, sometimes we go out to eat and hard to stay totally clean. Less then 1000 calories most days, and I have only lost 8 lbs, I think the weight is STUCK in my gut. How do I get my gut healthy? I do not want to be like this the rest of my life.. I am 43 year old female. (Do you have anymore to suggest for me to try? Thought of Kifer??

    • Jedha says

      March 30, 2016 at 7:59 pm

For starters, you won’t lose weight with 1000 calories because you’re body will protect the fat it has – it’s our natural biochemistry. Cut calories too much, it slows down metabolism to a grinding halt.

What about water – do you drink LOTS of water? Walk? And fats – take flaxseed capsules. You don’t need things like actual fiber, it sounds like you need more lubrication ‘so to speak’.

Hi My 2 year old granddaughter suffers with chronic constipation. It takes her about an hour to poop and she is is screaming and crying the whole time. It is the worst feeling to have to experience and know there is nothing you can do to comfort her when this is happening! 😢 Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    • Jedha says

      April 10, 2016 at 9:17 pm

Sorry to hear that Karen. Check with the pharmacist or health food shop for appropriate doses for children but this process should work for her too. Make sure she is drinking LOTS of water.

Hi Melanie, take the supplements before bed, and double the dose of flaxseed – give that a try and it should help.
