Dealing with the sugar cravings
The first 2 steps in overcoming the sugar and carb beast is:
1. Do not eat sugar and carbs when you get these cravings because it only makes things worse
2. Focus on a real food natural diet, choosing your veggies before other carbohydrates sources – see podcast number 6 for more info about carbs
Then practical things to do include:
1. Clean out the pantry
2. Drink more water
3. Take a supplement
4. Increase the Omega 3s
5. Take a small teaspoon of coconut oil
6. Cinnamon powder
7. Suck on coriander or fennel seeds
8. Eat a piece of fruit
