The next update in the series of posts for my one month visual food diary.
I’ll be sharing a recipe or two in the next couple of days, so stay tuned for those.
Day 13
Breakfast – a big chicken and veggie frittata. I love these.

Lunch – salmon salad with egg.

Dinner – open beef burgers.

Day 14
Boiled eggs for breakfast with some rice cakes and butter.

Lunch – chicken burritos with lettuce leaves instead of bread. Homemade sauces and everything, delicious!

Dinner – was a roasted chicken with some pan fried pumpkin, olives and salad. Shared with my wonderful partner and daughter 

That concludes another 2 days log. Sorry I’ve been slack on the recipes but there are some coming, I promise
