One Month Diet Plan: Clean Eating Menu

We all need to clean up our act sometimes, whether it be after the festive season or really any time of year we feel the need.

So I’ve been following a one month diet plan and you can follow along. It’s a clean eating menu that cuts out the sugars, the junk and the extras for a delicious real food menu that is highly satisfying.

The Basic Food Plan of the One Month Diet Plan

This is a low sugar plan to help you overcome cravings and improve energy and digestive health quickly.

  • No sugar of any kind including fruit – the only thing allowed is stevia
  • Loads of veggies
  • Proteins such as meats, fish, chicken, and beans and legumes
  • Brown rice, buckwheat, quinoa
  • Lemons and apple cider vinegar
  • Herbs and spices
  • Nuts and seeds
  • and a few other things

It doesn’t sound like much but it may pleasantly surprise you at just how many things you can eat. It’s only when we follow a plan and don’t know what to do that things fall apart.
