We all need to clean up our act sometimes, whether it be after the festive season or really any time of year we feel the need.
So I’ve been following a one month diet plan and you can follow along. It’s a clean eating menu that cuts out the sugars, the junk and the extras for a delicious real food menu that is highly satisfying.
The Basic Food Plan of the One Month Diet Plan
This is a low sugar plan to help you overcome cravings and improve energy and digestive health quickly.
- No sugar of any kind including fruit – the only thing allowed is stevia
- Loads of veggies
- Proteins such as meats, fish, chicken, and beans and legumes
- Brown rice, buckwheat, quinoa
- Lemons and apple cider vinegar
- Herbs and spices
- Nuts and seeds
- and a few other things
It doesn’t sound like much but it may pleasantly surprise you at just how many things you can eat. It’s only when we follow a plan and don’t know what to do that things fall apart.
