Diet soda, good or not so good. Not so good and in this podcast we cover 5 reasons why you should give it up!

Tera inspired this podcast by saying that sweets and diet soda were one of her biggest struggles.  She also said she just can’t stop craving sweets. So thanks Tera for inspiring this podcast topic as I know it’s a hot topic that many people will enjoy.

So what are the 5 reasons?

  1. It contains a toxic substance
  2. It messes with your hormones
  3. It doesn’t help weight loss
  4. May contribute to disease
  5. Can increase cravings for sweet things
