My clean eating plan is a sugar free, gluten free, crap free one month plan that I’ve put myself on to clean up after the festive season. I don’t eat much differently to this normally but over the festivities there was the inclusion of more sugar and alcohol. So it’s time to buckle down and clean up my act.
To tell you the truth, I look forward to following a clean plan these days because I know how much better I feel. Sugar and alcohol does zap your energy and I don’t like that. If you need to quit the sugar fast, then following a plan like mine will help you do this. All the details are basically in my 7 Day Detox Program, except I’m doing it for an entire month.
Anyway back to the food!
Day 3 Meals
Today I had a very simple breakfast of scrambled eggs and pan fried broccoli and zucchini drizzled with olive oil.

Lunch was a salmon salad. It doesn’t look like much but it was so good my partner ate 2 big bowls.

Dinner was a spicey red lentil dish with a side salad and a little brown rice.
The cupboards are getting bare around here and this was the best I could come up with

Today’s Recipe
This recipe is incredibly simple but the combo just worked so well and it was very satisfying.
