GFE Podcast #10: 5 Simple Diet Tips learned from Kate’s Journey

One of my clients lost 8kgs/17.5lbs in 8 weeks, so I asked her what simple diet tips she could pass on to help others.

She said there were 5 things that helped her cross the line and we talk about those in this podcast episode.

The 5 tips are:

1. Get some high quality accountability
2. You don’t have to be perfect
3. Consistency is the key to success
4. Set an initial start date
5. Set an initial timeframe

It’s interesting that tips and strategies we can use are often so simple. If we dare to listen and apply them ourselves then we will probably get results too, right?
