This is a question I get often and one I thought some of you might be interested in.

How many calories to eat to lose weight?

Have you been wondering what the answer to that question is too?

It may just surprise you to know that if you’re focusing on counting calories or points, then you may just be focusing on the wrong method of measurement.

I often see people who are eating a low calorie 1200 calorie diet and still can’t lose weight. That’s because couting calories just doesn’t really work. It may short term but long term it doesn’t.

So in this podcast we not only cover how many calories to eat, but also what might be a better focus than calories.
