Reader Question: What to eat for breakfast to lose weight?
Great question and whether you want to lose weight or just get healthier I think the topic of breakfast is a great one to have.
We’ve all been conditioned into thinking that there are “breakfast foods” and yet most of these so called breakfast foods really aren’t the type of foods you want to be eaing for weight loss or anytime for that matter.
So let’s just look at some visuals and talk about what’s best.

The foods you see below may be typical but they don’t make a great breakfast. They are full of refined, processed ingredients. They are full of sugar, wheat and all sorts of things. So how can a breakfast like this be good for weight loss or for health? It can’t! So scrap these off the menu for good and your whole life will change.
