For a few years now I’ve created a vision board and I definitely believe it helps to bring more success into your life.
Now success doesn’t always mean losing weight, it could mean taking a hoilday or going on an adventure too
What a vision board does is create a visual representation of all the things you want to bring into your life.
I create a new vision board every year on the last day of the year. It gets posted on my bedroom wall and acts as a daily reminder of all my goals. Every day I wake up in the morning it’s the first thing I see, I spend a few minutes just thinking about my goals and aspirations. It’s also the last thing I see before going to bed and I do the same thing by thinking about each goal or desire.
Over the past few years amazing things have occured and I believe it’s all because of that vision board! For some reason it is a very powerful thing.

Set the goals
First you need to sit down and work out what your goals are. If you need help with goals, you might like to listen to this podcast where I talk about some great goal setting strategies.
Once you are clear on your goals, then you can start putting your vision board together.
Creating Your Vision Board
Creating a vision board is easy. There are a couple of ways people commonly do it. Some people use magazine pictures but I like an even simpler way.
I just get some coloured felt pens or pencils and draw bubbles or boxes of things
The image below is not a vision board but I might do it something like this. I just use coloured pens to write sections or little pictures of my goals and visions.

Here are a couple more examples I found on Google.

See how you can use pictures, words, quotes, or anything that is going to act like a reminder for you about where you want to go.
Some things you might include
Include your own self, your relationships, your job and career, what adventures you’d like to go on, what things you would like to manifest in your life in the coming year.
We set our goals for the next year and we also have a 5 year goal section at the top of our board. That’s the place my partner and I set our big picture plan.
It really is such a great way to bring wonderful things into your life and keep yourself on track so I hope you’ll give it a go.
I believe a vision board has truly helped to change my life.
I hope it helps change yours too
