I’m a big fan of things that are easy to cook, and many of the meals included in the meal plans can be made in less than 20 minutes. They are also super tasty and offer a wide variety of real food options.

Gluten Free or Paleo Meal Plans

That’s right you can select from gluten free or paleo meal plans, I know I have readers and clients who follow both diets.

The menus are similar but with gluten free you obviously get to select gluten free grains (in moderation) and they include some dairy too. It always gives you options for changing or adding to recipes.

Recipe Database

You also get access to the Good Food Eating recipe database in case you want to swap a meal or add some extras for Saturday and Sunday.

There are currently around 200 recipes in the database with more being added weekly.
