Looking for a homemade pizza sauce with fresh tomatoes?
Of course you are, that’s why you’ve found this 
This sauce is super, super simple. It’s actually got to be one of the simplest things you’ll ever make.

For 2 medium sized pizzas all you need is
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Quarter the tomatoes, put everything in the food processor or blender and then you’re ready to go.
It doesn’t give you that same depth of flavour as tomato paste might, but it does give a light freshness. And if you’re following a specific diet that only allows fresh tomatoes, then this simple recipe is definitely for you.
I used this recipe for the gluten free homemade pizzas I made recently and they tasted great.
