Candida Die Off Remedies

Yesterday I covered some of the most common candida die off symptoms and talked about the unfortunate truth that these are likely to come. So what can we do to ease the load?

Thankfully there are some candida die off remedies that are easy and highly effective too.

Effective Candida Die Off Remedies

Don’t underestimate the power of these simple remedies to help your candida die off symptoms, they really do work!

Drink plenty of water

You need to flush the body of the toxins that get created by the candida die off and get the pathways of elimination working. Aim for a minimum of 1.5 litres of water per day, 2 litres if you can get it in. Try filling up a large bottle early in the morning and focus on getting through the whole bottle every sinlge day.

Take vitamin C

When our body is under more stress we can become depleted in vitamin C quite easily so take a large dose of vitamin C powder to bowel tolerance level. What that means is you take enough that it almost causes you to get a loose bowel motion. This will ensure all the tissues in your body are being saturated and will help ease the die off load and protect your body against free radicals. If you do this daily the amount of vitamin C you need to take will likely reduce a little each day.

Avoid constipation

The dead candida is most likely to exit the body via faeces (aka poop), but if you are constipated the toxins can re-enter the bloodstream via a leaky gut, which most candida sufferers have. Drinking plenty of water and taking vitamin C will help to keep the bowels moving. But if your situation is particularly bad take a large dose of powdered magnesium as it helps to draw water into the bowel and get things moving even faster. Also take 2 flaxseed oil capsules before every meal because the extra Omega 3 fat also helps.

Detoxify the liver

Toxins from dead yeast get processed by the liver and if you’ve got a history of long term medication, drug abuse or high alcohol intake, along with high junk food consumption, then your liver might be very sluggish. Two great things to assist the liver to detox are a milk thistle supplement and drink roasted dandelion root tea. It helps to stimulate bile production in the liver and it’s the bile that helps to carry toxins out of the liver.

Reduce your anti-fungals

If you’re taking anti-fungals and getting bad die off symptoms then cut them out or reduce them for a while and just stick to the diet. It’s often best when you first get started to just do diet first until die off symptoms subside, then take it to level 2 and introduce anti-fungal supplements. This will probably bring on another die off reaction but at least it lets you handle it in stages rather than killing yourself with a severe and disabling outcome.

If you use any of these candida die off remedies they will help a great deal, and you can just combine them to suit your situation.
