Justine is currently one of the members in my 8 Week ‘Best You’ Bootcamp program. Could this be the best weight loss program? Well, I’ll let you read what she has to say about it so far and you can decide for yourself…
Justine writes:
For almost 30 years I have been on one diet or another in order to lose weight. Finally on my own I had a huge breakthrough last year and lost 15kgs and got back to a healthy BMI (regaining much of my health and happiness back) relatively easily and quickly following the paleo way of eating. As per every other ‘ temporary’ diet I had ever undertaken, I was unable to maintain this weight loss on my own out in the real world, heading back down the slippery slope into my old lifelong habits.
This made me feel depressed, hopeless and like a failure. Each time I’ve failed a diet like this, I’ve felt worse and worse. It has been a vicious cycle. I’d regained 7kgs and felt like there was no point trying anymore as nothing ever worked.
Around this time I received an email from Jedha promoting the ‘best me boot camp’. After being on Jedha’s email list for some time, I knew that we shared similar interests and philosophies regarding healthy nutritious food, hormone health and exercise.
I was attracted to this program as it was different to any I had heard of previously. The program included weekly educational webinars, and also daily online forum and food diary support from Jedha. I knew from my experience last year that forum support online could be invaluable, as I could connect with other people in the same boat, sharing experiences, and providing each other with inspiration and support. Through experience I also knew that it was important to find a moderated forum, where there was daily access to an expert coach to keep everyone positive and motivated. Feeling supported by a community sharing the same experience was invaluable, as I was not able to get this support or understanding from the existing people I knew in my life. In the past a healthy eating program for me was isolating and lonely.
The other attractive benefit of the program was that as it was held online, I could easily work it around all of my other commitments in life.
I’m currently 3.5 weeks into my 8 week ‘best me’ boot camp with Jedha and very happy to report that my relationship with myself and food has already changed profoundly.
What I love about this boot camp is that instead of selling me through yet another temporary diet, it is empowering me with education, tools, and support to make permanent, sustainable changes in order to be the best me possible. Tweak by tweak, in a nurturing and cumulative way. I don’t take on anything extra until I am ready and feel motivated to do so. We focus on the small positive changes and wins, working towards permanent changes for the rest of our lives. No one is telling me I am a failure, that I am doing it all wrong. If I have an off the rails day or two, Jedha and the other members bring me back to focusing on the positives, or inspire me through their experiences, advice and kind words to learn and move forward.
So far I’m learning how to prioritise myself in a nurturing and loving way, and enjoying a more relaxed, balanced life more and more each day. Everyone in the program is working towards their individual goals and seeing positive changes. I’ve been able to quit smoking, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, dairy, grains and more… through the support of this boot camp. Some of my clothes are falling off already. I’m feeling happier, empowered, confident, energised and very hopeful that these changes will be permanent.
If you’ve been stuck on the dieting or sugar roller coaster, I can’t recommend Jedha and her ‘best me boot camp’ enough. This truly is a way to help you break free of these destructive patterns, while reclaiming your health and vitality.

Thanks Justine for those wonderful words and I hope we’ll be hearing more about your success further down the track.
So could this be the best weight loss program? Well, it is a bit unconventional and uses a very different approach, but if you’ve found that everything else you’ve tried has failed, then maybe it’s time for you to try something new too ![]()
