7 Delicious 10 Minute Meals


This month is the month of Easy Healthy Meals here on Good Food Eating! I’ve been showcasing a variety of meals that can be made in 20 minutes or less to inspire you and demonstrate that making healthy food doesn’t have to see you slaving away in the kitchen. I’ve also posted quite a few 10 minute meals, so I’ve brought them all together here in this ppsot in case you missed them.

Zucchini Coconut Almond Meal Porridge

A simple breakfast meal that will deliver some more veggies to the daily mix. Takes 5 minutes to make and fills the spot to keep you going.

Breakfast Medley

An easy breakfast scramble I call the Breakfast Medley, probably because it’s made up of whatever you can find on hand. Chop whatever veggies you have on hand with a bit of bacon in a pan, fry it up then add your beaten eggs. It’s delicious.

Pork Wombok Stir Fry

An Asian inspired 10 minute meal with wonderful aromas and a great taste. If you don’t like pork, use chicken instead :)

Salmon Cakes & Baby Spinach Salad

I love, love, love this dish. It’s super simple and makes a great lunch because you can prepare it and cook it so quickly. Made with tinned salmon they give you some calcium and essential fatty acids EPA & DHA to help reduce inflammation in the body.

Anti Pasto Crockpot Chicken

Okay, I’m cheating a bit here because this meal takes longer to cook than 10 minutes, however it literally takes less than 10 minutes to put it in the pot and leave it all day so I’m still calling it a 10 minute meal :)

Mediterranean Tuna Salad

There is no doubt that salads are one of the fastest things to throw together. And putting them with a simple protein such as tuna makes a perfectly balanced meal.

Pesto pan fried fish & charred veggies

You do need some ready made homemade pesto on hand for this recipe so if you do, give this one a crack. It makes the perfect light lunch or dinner.
