This is an incredibly creamy tasty dip filled with the benefits of superfood kale and some deliciously fresh scented basil to add a twist on the traditional guacamole.

RECIPE TITLE
- Servings: 3 serves
- Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1 cup baby kale
- 1 avocado
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- pinch salt
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 115 g corn chips
Alternatively you can serve it with carrot sticks or other fresh veggies.
Instructions
- Blend all the dip ingredients together in a food processor or blender and serve in a small bowl with corn chips.
