Some people do have issues with nightshades, though it’s not a majority it is important to know. Rhodiola is great too and I will be writing more about that soon :)

I used Ashwaghanda for a short period of time to assist me with stress levels, adrenal fatigue and energy. It was great however I soon realized it was part of the nightshade family which I have a sensitivity to unfortunately. I began using Rhodiola which has been wonderful and works for me!
