Having less stress will decrease inflammation. I don’t know your background but if it’s not gluten, it could be your overall diet pattern, a food sensitivity, or something else.

I wasn’t 100% but I tried really really hard for the past 8 months. It seemed to make absolutely no difference to the severity of my aches and pains. I’ve just recently gone back to gluten (Hot X buns – too hard to resist!) and have had a slight improvement in symptoms. I attribute this to less stress – worrying about being gluten free (when my family weren’t) was messing with my head! I’m unsure whether to try the gluten free experiment again. I’d try just about anything to lessen or get rid of these aches and pains!
