A single 3″ apple contains 19 g of sugar!

Moderate use of complex carbs is recommended. Sugar is plain and simple carbs w/o any other nutrients. Indian “brown” sugar and natural honey etc are beneficial as they have very useful ingredients and nutrients; ofcourse, use in moderation, pls.
