It’s a funny mindset thing that happens when you ‘decide’ to lose weight. It’s almost like you go into rebeliion and eat worse or self sabotage. I’m not sure why we do that but almost everyone does.

It’s important the first Don’t – don’t think this as a diet, you want this to last, not lose the weight only to gain it all back again.

Actually, I’m trying to lose weight for the summer. I noticed when I decided to lose weight, somehow I ate more than usual and I worried that I can’t eat enough at the next meal.
I’ll need to adjust myself. Thanks for the article.
