I was fine even without the stevia, but that is because I love really dark, not very sweet chocolate.
With coconut oil, you can also pour it in liquid form over something cold like ice cream, and it forms a nice chocolate shell. Maybe I’ll have to come up with a candida safe ice cream. (I do have an idea.) :)
