It took almost three years to figure out what suddenly went wrong with my ability to digest food. (This was before all of this information was readily available on the internet. Health problems related to fructose were still barely being studied, in this country mostly at the University of Iowa and University of Southern California. In the meantime, I was diagnosed with IBS and basically told “good luck”!)

In any case, I wanted to say kudos to you! You have written the BEST description written for lay people that differentiates among these three types of sugars. I happen to have a PhD (in psychology), which helped me tremendously as I waded through the medical literature for answers to my digestive and other sudden health problems (discovered my main disorder is autonomic neuropathy).

Thank goodness I had the education and training to help me, along with a couple of very good doctors, to discover what was wrong with me–and therefore be able to get the right (integrative) treatments. And thank goodness for YOU, SOMEONE WITH A GIFT FOR GETTING GOOD HEALTH INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC IN AN UNDERSTANDABLE FORM.
