I live in Malaysia and laksa here is a bowl of noodles with a very flavorful and spicy broth over it, but you’re only supposed to eat the noodles. You don’t eat the broth. I’m assuming you eat this recipe more like a stew? Thanks for sharing it! I’m looking forward to trying it.
