Having the candida makes it extra difficult to quit the sugar because when you try you are shutting off their food source and it makes the cravings stronger. I try hard to eat a clean and healthy diet, but struggle intensely to eliminate sugar. I have cut down on sugar quite a bit. Do you think the supplements can rid me from the yeast in my gut even if I still indulge in some sugar on a daily basis? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
